I've no idea what the rule is here, but we're moving on Friday (small move, but twisty staircases and I imagine we'll tip $25 a person...

Crew guys, average effort, toss 'em each a $20 (I'm assuming a smallish, local move with boxes packed and marked and ready to go, not a pack-up-this-5-bedroom-house-and-take-it-to-the-other-coast deal). Go up form there if they're extra-good or your move requires unusual effort.

Depending on the feel of the situation you can give the whole tip to the crew chief to divvy up (make it obvious to the rest of the crew that you're doing this), or tip each guy individually (especially if you end up with one guy busing his ass and one slacker or something).
