Oh, and by popular demand...

[Poll #909813]
There was plenty of useful data from the poll, even with the glitches. I'm still chewing through it, but one thing is definite: the food posts will be back.

Yay food posts.

Yay, you! (you were first to click!)

You win a prize! (Well, you would have anyhow.)

[identity profile] bedfull-o-books.livejournal.com 2007-01-19 03:35 pm (UTC)(link)
I already got a prize. There was a Kiki's Delivery Service DVD on the coffee table. (Didn't notice it til yesterday, as I haven't been in that room much lately. Go me.)

And you did my dishes.

Love you.

:)

Love you!

Hey! I submitted the poll without clicking the clicky box, and it still says "6 - 100%". I'm confused.

I guess LJ doesn't count your vote if you don't click.

That's lame.

I actually sometimes do that on purpose for polls I don't want to respond to, just so I can more easily see the results...

[identity profile] whitebird.livejournal.com 2007-01-20 03:19 am (UTC)(link)
Looking at the poll results shows that:

1) Your vote was not registered, unless I missed your name

2) One person's lack of clicking the clicky box was resgistered.

but... but i did click the clicky box and it says i didn't! hrm...

[identity profile] dianec42.livejournal.com 2007-01-19 07:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, at least you and I add up now. Must be some sort of conservation of ballot box stuffing or something.

The LJ polling infrastructure is even more unreliable than Diebold's voting machines!

Good thing I'm not relying on it for anything more than what to put in my blog!

I was so excited, I clicked on the box twice!

Oops.
