I just characterized someone's thinking as "a bundle of emotions tied together with rationalization".

Now that I think of it, there are a lot of people that could describe.

I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. I think emotions get a bum rap...we're not cold logic calculators, and that's a good thing.

"Tied together" sounds so organized. Some are bundles stuck together with chewing gum.
