Bill Gates looks older in person than I thought he would.

I'm not surprised. I think we all have the image of the young guy who dropped out of Harvard, but even we are 20 years past that news. :) Did he have interesting things to say?

Oh, he was just walking down the corridor of the Science Center outside the office. I didn't actually hear him say anything.

yeah, but the portrait in his attic still looks young.

Yeah..that haircut only works up to age 35.

Where'd you see him? It's rare to spot him outside his natural environs. They must have lured him out with things that blink and go 'beep', or perhaps the alarm call of a wounded Steve Jobs or Linus Torvalds. :)

Science Center, Harvard.

I think he was either on his way from or to the ceremony where they awarded him an honorary Doctor of Laws. Now he has a degree! And from the place he left thirty years ago, even.

His Harvard commencement speech is really worth taking a look at, actually. And do you think Harvard only gave him an honorary degree so that the alumni association could start hounding him? ;)

Based on the video of the interview of him and Steve Jobs, I don't think he's going to age very well at all.

I didn't notice his posture, really, but I was mostly looking at his face.
