Ember update.

They didn't find anything obviously wrong with Ember. There was a heart murmur that hadn't been there before. She is, however, rather subdued and tentative today. She isn't meowing nearly as much, and she's curled up in one place on the floor near the bed most of the time.

However, she doesn't look to be in obvious distress, and she is moving around fairly normally, if a bit more slowly than usual.
