I'm reminded of that Oprah episode where she gave everyone in the audience a free car.

And wait for the next one, when the credit card issuing banks want a bailout for all of the unsecured credit they gave. They got their first round in the tightening of bankruptcy law, but as long as the Federal trough is attainable, they'd be remiss not to try...
