Goodreads or Librarything?

[Poll #1307718]
Full disclosure: I'm already on Goodreads and recently had LibraryThing recommended to me.

Please feel free to add comments about these sites. Thanks!

I use both -- LT mostly just to track my own reading, and GR to share recommendations with others.

I'm on Goodreads but I haven't really started actively using it. I haven't heard of LibraryThing.

I use ReaderWare for my cataloguing, but do have a LibraryThing account which, after I paid for the lifetime subscription, allowed me to suck up my ReaderWare database from a CSV file, I believe. Of course, I've been a ReaderWare user for at least 10 years now, I bet. (There are also audio and video versions as well.)

It's a somewhat different target, but hubby and I quite enjoy Bookcrossing, which is a site that allows you to release books for people to find (on subways and such). Some people use it to catalog their collections, but it's not the main goal.

As I said in person, I'm a fan of the LibraryThing cooperation with BookMooch, which I also use. I'm chaiya on both, I believe. :)

I'm digging the fact that GoodReads let me have all my books on there for free. I'm still, however, trying to figure out how to export my booklist in order to import it into Delicious Library...

I have liked Goodreads, though I don't have as much time on it (or anything) as I would like to explore it.
