The Mall of America up here is connected via public transit within the east parking garage area of the mall, both buses and the light rail. And there are people there when the shops are closed, at least in the mornings. They are largely senior citizens, but there are also moms or dads with strollers. The light rail is connected to the airport and downtown Minneapolis.
