Which, the kiosk on Place Jacques-Cartier? If it's that one, bedfull_o_books and cmeckhardt stopped there and tried it, yah. (I wasn't hungry enough and settled for a taste.)

Nope. There's a whole shop devoted to the wonder of maple sugar. Gelato and pastries. I get there by memory - go down St. Jean Baptiste, turn left at the Keg, and it's a block down on your right.
