Some local station, maybe WERS, had some kind of audio malfunction during a news broadcast in the past few weeks. It played the same sound segment three times during the news. The segment that got replayed was "won wimbledon today in straight sets", leading to their news program announcing "Vice President Joe Biden won Wimbledon today in straight sets", an outcome I found unlikely.
