Oddly enough...

...I emerged from Arisia with a much improved sleep schedule: I go to sleep around midnight and wake up at 7:45AM. My sleep "schedule" going into the convention wasn't so much a schedule as a series of random sleep events.

I think I can ascribe this to the fact that we commuted by T, and thus had a midnight curfew, and went to sleep as soon as we returned home because we were dead-tired. Still, it's the only time I've ever come out of a con with a better sleep schedule than the one I went in with.
