Suzuki exits the U. S. car market.

American Suzuki announced today that they're filing for bankruptcy. Nice timing.

The company will still sell motorcycles, ATVs, and boat motors. Suzuki Japan will continue making cars to sell elsewhere.

I find this very strange because 8% of the cars on the road in New Zealand are not just Suzukis, but a specific model, the Suzuki Swift.
