The Canadiens return the favor. I'm told by a Canadian with experience in selling PBXs that if you sell a PBX in Quebec, they want the voicemail prompts in fr.ca (Canadian French). But if you don't have that, they prefer en.ca (Canadian English) over fr.fr (French French).
