I agree, Zelazny had some pretty neat immortal chars in his writing. Made you think about what immortality might actually be like. And I only just found out, by reading your post above that Twilight vampires sparkle in the sunlight. WTF? Is the garlic and mirrors out too? They still drink blood and kill people with their fangs, right?
