Yeah, that didn't seem to fit the theme of "holidays related to Armistice Day", so I didn't add it.
In Japan, 11/11 is apparently Pocky Day. In South Korea, it's Pepero Day. Both of those--and Singles Day in China as well--are apparently because 11.11 written out looks like a bunch of sticks.
I don't know how much Pocky Day and Pepero Day are actually just creations of the snack food vendors, though.
