It's certainly the most stunning victory I've seen. Not quite 2/3, but 62% is still a landslide. And it was by a vote of the masses, not a legislature or other institution staffed by elites. It's a stunning social change, the triumph of a concept that didn't seem to even exist when I was born. (The oldest reference I can find online is just after the Stonewall Riots.)
