I use passwordsafe and I like it. I don't know if they have an android client but I'd be surprised if there wasn't. I use it on windows and linux and mac (well, on mac I use "password gorilla", which understands the pwsafe file format).
The only challenge is file management. Besides copies on my various computers, I generally keep a copy of the file on a couple of different thumb drives along with a copy of the program, and then manually sync the file around a couple of times a year.
