Not much to note except that it's on the BTS Skytrain cars, and that neither hamburgers nor cups with straws are native to Thai cuisine. However, I don't know if a plate of Pad Thai would be quite as intelligible.

Cups with straws may not be native, but they are rampant. Nobody drinks directly from any sort of container; it's all straws. The janitor even puts a straw in the glass of iced tea that she makes for me every lunchtime. I'm afraid that if I drink water straight from the bottle, the universe will explode. :)
