Google's machine translation is powered by the same folks who used to power the (now apparently defunct) Babelfish, and who still run most of the other search sites' translation services. Some of them have more languages than Google does, and you can go straight to http://www.systransoft.com/products/online_services/systranbox.html and get them all, including Dutch. There might also be Czech and Swedish machine translators out there too, I don't know.
