Yesterday was another intensely social day. Four parties in two states, starting in Providence and ending in Somerville. Mad fun! Though I have learned that Providence is more than fifty-five miles from Somerville, not forty-five, and thus it is not forty-five minutes away, but more like an hour.

This morning however, after helping Murder in the Cathedral load up a van--a process which was remarkably efficient and fast--I'm now sitting alone in front of a computer. One might think I'd be peopled-out, but instead I'm like "Hey! Where'd everybody go? Must find people!"

It does surprise me how much I seem to want more social interaction today.

Hugs, which I'd felt social last night. Was a rough day and I stayed home.

will you still be around and feeling extroverted on wednesday or thursday? I have a new theory on the well-educated-oh-so-intelligent- sensetive-alterna-geek-boys, and why I go for the ones that I go for...

Sure! When's good? Any thoughts on cuisine?

I'll bring over your mail. In fact, I think maybe I'll head over to the J and check if anything else has showed up recently.

I should be around Thursday or Friday. I have a bunch of things I need to be back in CT for early in the week but I should be up later in the week.

I'm all ears. :)

Do you get back Wednesday? How's the trip going?

It was great fun! Thank you for reminding me why I like working shows!

I'm hoping when I'm finally moved I can actually work on one for real as opposed to just popping up to help when my SO's actually working. :)

Wheneverish is good. Probably not before 5 or 5:30. Cuisine: _not_ authentic Chinese. (American Chinese) is just fine. Just about anything else is just fine. Do you want to head over to my place sometime between 5:30 and 8?

Providence is just about 60 miles from my place in Watertown (I'm about 3 miles north of route 90, I go south for 3 miles, then west on 90, and then take 95 down. It takes about 55 minutes).

I do this round trip 2-3 times a week. How do you go from Somerville? out route 2? 93 s?

I go down I-93 through the big dig, mainly because from Powderhouse in Somerville that's the closest way to go.

Having said that, there were two accidents on the route that day: one on the Southeast Expressway and one on I-95 around Foxboro. But by the odometer it's about 55 miles, and if the accidents hadn't been there it'd have been less than an hour.

I think you probably have the best route for you, though, since fighting your way to I-93 from Watertown just makes no sense. Similarly, it makes little sense for me to get to I-90 from where I am. It takes me about 20 minutes just to get to the Armenian markets in Watertown center.
