Well, I'm in Somerville; I have a 11AM eye appointment in Waltham but thus far that's my only commitment for today, and I still need to call them to verify the eye doctor actually came in.

Ah. Sadly, I need to get back as soon as I shower, pack, make a few calls, and convince J or E to drive me to Alewife so I can reclaim my car. (I may have some other errands in town, but of the drive over, grab something, and leave variety.) The problem is that the term starts on Wednesday, and I have a LOT of stuff I need to do to get ready (shoveling out a parking space, laundry, food shopping, filing, sorting, buying candy for the department, finishing this damned UN report...)

Oh, they are. Hip/waist deep for me, but the snow's pretty fluffy and thus not too bad to walk through.

But staying indoors isn't a dumb idea, either. :)
