Cheesy, but notable in two ways:

First, it was "Filmed entirely at Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, Antarctica. For the Winterover Halfway International Film Festival (WHIFF). A Sci-Fi entry from Fat Bob Productions". Second, our friend Victoria appears in it for about ten seconds, about two minutes into the movie, and is listed first in the credits.

Speaking of ...

I went to Toast tonight and saw H and D who were visiting from Chicago (last seen the night before they left at uberjay's. We were trying to figure out where we knew each other..."Do you know...or...". Do you know r_ness?

Me:"I almost thought of calling him tonight to see if he wanted to come with"
D: "I am not sure he is in town; think he might be in Connecticut"
Me: "I just saw him over the weekend. Twice in fact. But that doesn't mean much. He could be anywhere by now. Japan. Australia. Not sure there is anywhere he hasn't been.
D: "He hasn't been to Antarctica"
Me: "Yes, but I am sure it's a matter of time. V is there..."
