Heh, yeah. It really is important to know that there is rarely a lack of decisionmaking in ones life. The only real options are to own them or not own them. That not making a decision remains a decision.

I can't remember the quote now but Heinlein had one that explained the success of longevity as something like making choices based on too little information and getting it right over and over again. Dunno, those just seem to go together in my mind.
