Update to my previous post on the class action lawsuit settlement.

I just got a copy of the pre-printed form, as did bedfull_o_books, the upstairs neighbors, and probably a lot of you. If you get one and you intend to file, don't throw it out, as it has your refund ID number on it. Having the number will probably facilitate filing a claim.

I'm just catching up on all this, but despite not having requested same, I did get a copy of the settlement form. I'm delighted at how easy they make it, as well; while option 3, with the account numbers and yearly accounting, is a bit of a pain in the ass, option 2 is both easy and (given my likely spending patterns vs. the average) also likely lucrative.

Thanks for the info; I might have tossed it as random class action settlement junkmail otherwise.
