...have come from tuna salad from Whole Foods and fresh papaya.

I don't know that there's a problem with this, or even if it's noteworthy. But my body seems happy with this, so I guess I'll keep eating it.

They say you should look out for mercury buildup from eating lots of tuna, I guess. Papaya's really sugary so be aware of that. (24g of so of net carbs for a medium fruit, and that's basically as much as I get in an entire day, so.)

A medium fruit is pretty big, actually; the ones around here appear to start at a foot long and go up from there.

Half of one of those is more than enough for me.
