Frequent flyer miles.

I need to do something with all these miles--something over 275,000 of them, unfortunately scattered over four different airline programs--before the airlines finish inflating them into worthlessness.

Maybe I'll take a couple of long trips. Or maybe I'll find something salable I can convert them into.

Go first class. That's how we've burned even more ff miles than you've got...not that we WANTED to go first class, you understand, it was the only way we could book the dates/flights we wanted. Because there are so few ff seats on any flight these days. Evil nasty airlines.

You could go visit cmat or < lj user="teyli">. (You're obviously always welcome to visit us, but you don't need to use miles for that.) You could try trading them on Craigslist for something. You could buy stickybear a ticket out to visit his best friend or his aunt cmat. ;) Although really, you should go visit her yourself instead. ;)

Strangely, I feel no guilt inviting you to visit my sister-in-laws without actually asking them first. ;)
