If I have a problem when attempting to sign up for your service, and your customer service won't help, or even answer, why should I expect a better outcome when I have a problem using your service?

re: http://www.xe.com/fx, who entirely failed to cope with a problem I had signing up. I gave up on them and am now looking for alternatives.

Yeah, I've had several potential vendors (and lovers) remove themselves from competition when their sales people dropped the ball, leaving me to presume that their service people would be even less adequate. So far, those decisions have all proved to be good ones.
