Yeah, I figured "My refueling decisions are not well correlated with the level of fuel currently in the tank" might be the answer for some people as well as me. :)

fills up on Sundays because it doesn't cost any extra to fill the tank and it's worth it to have the tank full. Or so he writes in his book (time management for sysadmins).
