It's not bungee jumping. Here is another view of this setup:

From this you can see that it is actually just a *really* long rope swing, seemingly connected to a bridle strung between the two buildings. There's no reason why this could not be done in a reasonably safe manner. I can't tell from these videos if this is the case or not, but it *is* possible that this is not really as crazy as it looks.

My first guess that it was not necessarily done in safe way was that one of the"pushers" almost slid off the roof himself.
