I went from bright sunshine and eighty-plus degrees yesterday to forty-ish degrees, leaden grey skies spitting drizzle today.

This weather is being rather unsubtle about reflecting the changes in my mental state.

(I did learn, however, that I should keep a parasol in my car to protect my very light-skinned friends, even at times when I don't actually need one myself. We made do with an umbrella, but I do have better.)

Ah, sunshades. I hear you. It's been a learning experience, figuring out how to be mindful of my friends with less factory-installed sunscreen than I have.
