It is perhaps unkind to say that Disney may do a better job with the Star Wars franchise than Lucas has.

If nothing else they want to make more movies then he intended to.

Tomorrowland with Star Wars. Hmmm.

But Disney ALREADY HAS a tie-in with Lucas. They have had it for years. Disney MGM has had Star Wars attractions for a long time now. We actually thought they had already bought the SW franchise last time we went there.

Tomorrowland already has Star Tours and Jedi Training Academy (which are both pretty awesome). They have the Indiana Jones roller coaster over in Adventureland and sell a whole lot of Indy gear already. I've seen R2D2 rolling along in the park, and Vader and the Stormtroopers occasionally come out and play with guests.

The R2D2 mouse ears hat is probably the best mouse ears hat of them all, and the Star Tours shops sells pretty awesome build-your-own-lightsabers. I'd say Disney has already done a pretty good job with it, and about the only ewok thing they've done is the the ewok hats and costume stuff. I don't think Disney actually cares so much about ewoks. They love R2D2 and C3PO though.

I really don't think this will be anything but a good thing for Star Wars.
