I should have mentioned that clicking on the photo should take you to the Washington Post article, which gives photo attribution to the Associated Press. Unfortunately that article doesn't link to the AP itself.

I made a cursory search with Google Images reverse image search but didn't get anywhere. I didn't try very hard though, and you may have more luck.

As of now the Post article no longer has that photo. I wonder if they got commentary on it. Mind if I re-host it?
