too true... I find myself getting very stiff when sitting for too long. On the other hand, perhaps because I have a teenager, my mind is not getting so set in its ways, although I think sometimes she would beg to differ.

I've found that hanging out with younger people is one of the best ways of keeping my mind from freezing in place.
