I've often wondered what the effects would be on American politicians if they had regular practice in fielding questions from a hostile audience. It would definitely be more entertaining.

According to Wikipedia, McCain proposed instituting a Question Time.

Probably more valuable would be the fact that department heads have to show up in rota.
