Nov. 25th, 2014 01:37 pmI really need to come up with a reason to go to Casa de Queso (as Formaggio Kitchen is affectionately known to some) sometime out of the holiday rush. The staff are unfailingly helpful and great fun to talk cheese with. I went in today with a clear plan and set of requirements which they did their usual excellent job of helping me with.
But outside of the rush they tend to be much less crowded.
