One small advantage of polymer notes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polymer_banknote) is that if you get them in change stuck together from the froyo bar you can just wash them off in water and they're good to go after they dry.

Yeah. Plastic doesn't get soggy if you immerse it in water. And when I say "after they dry" I mean in seconds if you give them a wipe with kleenex.

Try that with US paper money.
