So, there's never an opportune time to twist one's ankle...
...but being on crutches during a rave when you want to dance with your friends--that's a particularly bad time. :)
(This was over the weekend; I got off the crutches before the snow came, thankfully.)

P sent D down with an order for McD's from G and J. D doesn't have a car, though, so he asked if anyone would be willing to drive. After L and A and I added to the order I volunteered to go with him.
Sometime after we got back with the food my ankle started to hurt. I won't blame McD's, although that would be amusing, but I suspect that when D and I went to or from my car I somehow managed to twist my ankle. It was extremely weird.
If you want, I can fill in all the initials--I feel vaguely funny about using them but people get odd about being named in LJs, and I'm being pre-emptively discreet.

As for the names, I respect the discreetness, especially because if I thought about it I'm sure I could make some educated guesses and not be far off.
