Evidently someone went grocery shopping for the office today, because there are two 2.5 kilo bags of egg noodles, and--of particular interest to bedfull_o_books--a 2.5 kg bag of Schmid's No. 1 spätzle sitting on the counter in the office kitchen.

That's a lot of dry spätzle.
