I agree that it's outrageous to not have fire insurance for a restaurant. Not only is it a business, but it's a business that relies on appliances that transfer Heat to the salable items, i.e. stove/oven/grill.

oh NO! that's incredibly sad. but it's a mystery how can you have a successful restaurant and decide not to invest in fire insurance. hope they can come back anyway...
