I posted back in December (http://r-ness.livejournal.com/289690.html) about the class action settlement for cardholders of Visa, MasterCard, or Diners Club cards who had foreign transactions between February 1, 1996 and November 8, 2006.

The filing deadline is May 30, 2008. So, if you haven't already done so, dig out the form they sent you and file.

You know, I tried to file this but I've changed my account since then and the online form wouldn't let me submit it- and no one answers their phone. Oh well, I guess.
