I've voted.
Oct. 31st, 2008 12:57 amIn fact, I voted Monday.
Can you tell I can't wait to have this campaign over? I know, my voting won't make it end any quicker. But still.

Date: 2008-10-31 11:42 am (UTC)I went down to City Hall (downstairs, at Elections) and voted absentee, as I'm going to be out of town on Tuesday. They did ask, and I think I heard them deny an absentee ballot to someone else because they just wanted to vote early.
But if you qualify, you can vote absentee.

Date: 2008-10-31 09:43 pm (UTC)Of course my state is not likely to be a landslide and my vote could actually matter. And I'm working as a poll observer Tuesday morning and then working all afternoon. And we have no-excuse early voting here. Nevertheless I intend to vote on Tuesday. Crazy moi.
I'm glad you are getting a sense of relief from it, though. I think I would just have a sense of helplessness.
