Trouble is, you had to authenticate, so they got to keep your userid/password pair. People got very upset because their friends-locked posts could then be read off the frienditto site, because that site didn't lock them.
I could be wrong about much of this; this is all hearsay.
Many people are learning and preaching many lessons about this incident. Mostly stuff you already know.
Thanks for the good wishes! My head hurts, but that may not have anything to do with frienditto.
